Two totally different cultures have been combined to create this cool cabinet. It doesn't sound like it should work, but the designers at Ethnicraft have blended modern minimalist style with African tribal art and the result is beautiful! The solid teak doors are carefully carved by artisans. Named after the Tabwa culture from Central Africa, the collection's inspiration comes from their fondness for linear geometric motifs. The new moon is represented by the triangle in Tabwa iconography and symbolizes rebirth and the continuity of life. The hand-carved doors are stained a rich coffee color and attached to a black Oak cabinet on black metal legs for a piece of furniture that has a distinct character. The result is a beautiful decorative object that happens to be a functional cabinet (and also a great bar!)
